Cadillac Fairview is a leading North American owner, operator, investor, and developer of office, retail, residential, industrial, and mixed-use properties. During my Business Analyst Solutions internship, I collaborated with Corporate Communications and Office Leasing teams on initiatives that enhanced CF's digital experience and content ecosystem.
Beyond my core BA responsibilities, I contributed to SEO and content operations by assisting with metadata component updates, Google profile optimizations, and CMS content authoring to improve accuracy and search visibility across key pages. Using the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, I refreshed graphics and video assets to better align with brand standards. I also supported the development of the People & Culture and Philanthropy pages by editing CMS content models to improve structure and scalability.

Cadillac Fairview’s property and leasing data within the CMS was inconsistent and difficult to manage, leading to inefficiencies in content updates, reporting accuracy, and cross-team collaboration.

I supported the optimization of the Data CMS by auditing and organizing property data, improving data structure and governance practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, streamlined content management and reporting processes.
